Return Policy Guidelines
Unboxing Video Requirement:
- For any issues with the product, an unboxing video showing the issue is mandatory.
- This video must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the product.
- No return or exchange will be processed without the unboxing video.
Claims for Specific Issues:
- If you receive an empty box or a different product than ordered, you must submit a claim within 72 hours.
- A full unboxing video showing a 360-degree view of the package and its contents is required.
Shipping Charges:
- The customer is responsible for both side shipping charges for returns and exchanges.
- V3Deals will not cover the shipping costs.
Product-Specific Return Conditions:
- Non-Working Products: If the product is not working, a return option is available.
- Electronic Products:
- If the quality of watches, neckbands, or AirPods is not satisfactory (e.g., sound quality issues), no return option is available.
- Watches:
- Issues such as app connectivity, time setting, and call functionality are not covered under our return policy.
- Full AirPods and watches with charging or calling issues are not eligible for return.
