Return Policy Guidelines

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement:

    • For any issues with the product, an unboxing video showing the issue is mandatory.
    • This video must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the product.
    • No return or exchange will be processed without the unboxing video.
  2. Claims for Specific Issues:

    • If you receive an empty box or a different product than ordered, you must submit a claim within 72 hours.
    • A full unboxing video showing a 360-degree view of the package and its contents is required.
  3. Shipping Charges:

    • The customer is responsible for both side shipping charges for returns and exchanges.
    • V3Deals will not cover the shipping costs.
  4. Product-Specific Return Conditions:

    • Non-Working Products: If the product is not working, a return option is available.
    • Electronic Products:
      • If the quality of watches, neckbands, or AirPods is not satisfactory (e.g., sound quality issues), no return option is available.
    • Watches:
      • Issues such as app connectivity, time setting, and call functionality are not covered under our return policy.
      • Full AirPods and watches with charging or calling issues are not eligible for return.
